We have loads of ways you can learn how to gym, and what better time than over summer? The gym is very quiet during this period, so it's an ideal time to venture in and reap the benefits of weight training. To get you started, you can choose from a number of different ways to get advice. Not sure what to do? Book a StartMe (they're free) and chat to the consultant.
- TeachMe Sessions - 30min intro sessions, totally FREE, booking recommended or turn up and take your chances.
- StartMe Sessions - 45min basic standardised gym programme to get you started, totally FREE, booking essential.
- SteerMe Sessions - 45min personalised gym programme to help you reach your goals faster. $25, booking essential.
- PushMe Sessions - 45min personal training session (and programme) to supercharge your progress. $30 per session, booking essential, or 8 sessions for the super price of $200? Weekly sessions to keep you on track.
