Accessibility Amazing Race, 10.30am - 12pm, Tuesday 17th March - Diversity Week

Join a group of five students and compete in exciting challenges while racing around campus. Just like the Amazing Race, you will have to perform tasks in order to move around the course, but there’s a difference! Each team member will race in the shoes of another. You might be racing in a wheelchair, with vision impairing glasses or on crutches (all equipment provided). Experience the campus as another student may and be in to win a number of awesome prizes. Teams will finish on C Block Lawn and are rewarded with a lunch voucher.

Have you ever wanted to run a 1/2 marathon or 10km race, but just didn't know where to start? Well, start with the UC Sport 12 Week Running Challenge! This outstanding programme has been running for over 20years, and is ridiculously good value, at a fraction of the rates others charge. Open to anyone at all, discounts apply for UC Students and returning participants. It's a great support package that will help you stay on track and help you tick the Christchurch half marathon or 10km off your bucket list.
