Registrations are now open for Small Group Training in Term 3. Small classes means extra attention to detail - your technique, form and progress. Also a great way to meet some new people, try something new, and find fitness buddies to keep you motivated through winter. Have a browse and see if we have something for you!
TeachMe Intro Sessions
Term 3 is nearly upon us...so how about learning something new? Our very small intro sessions (max 4 per group) are ideal for you to learn the theory behind trending exercise equipment and try your hand at it, all under the watchful eye of a qualified fitness professional. They're back! Squash Concession Cards
Squash concession cards are available again - save money, save time at the desk. $30 for 10x 30min bookings, or if you join the UC Squash Club you can get your hands on them for only $20! Contact UC Squash club for more details on how to join, their club nights, meeting others to play squash with and how to get your hands on those half price concession cards! Non-concession rate is $4 per 1/2 hour.
Group Fitness Challenge
The 2015 Group Fitness Challenge is going strong, and we can still take registrations, it's not too late. Sustain your motivation by signing up to complete 100 Group Fitness classes or Small Group Training sessions in 6months! Loads of prizes and fun along the way to the grand prize of $500.
