The 2015 Group Fitness Challenge is back! Sustain your motivation by signing up to complete 100 Group Fitness classes or Small Group Training sessions in 6months! Loads of prizes and fun along the way to the grand prize of $500.

Is it time to reverse the over indulgences of Term 1?? Registrations are now open for Small Group Training in Term 2 - and they could be the extra kick of motivation you need! Have a look through our list and see if anything takes your fancy! Hmm...always wanted to learn yoga splits? Lucky for you then, that this is the focus of Term 2 Advanced yoga play!

Tower Race 2015 - The results are in!

Thanks for being a part of the Tower Race 2015! It was a ripper of a day, with about 40 keen punters taking up the challenge. Congratulations to Kathryn McLardy and Patrick Turner, winners of the women's and men's sections respectively. For a look at the times of the top 3 check out the Library website.
