Group Fitness Classes

Small Group Training
- Specialised training courses in boxing, pilates, bootcamp and a staff only yoga
- Small class size guaranteed (between 14 and 20, depending on course type) for greater interaction with instructor and other participants
- Work with the same group week to week and build your skill set and fitness progressively
- Charges apply (but they're very very small and great value!)
