Get motivated in our group fitness programmes and classes. We have a huge variety of classes and courses to suit your needs and build the body you want! Members enjoy all classes (except Spin) for free. Non-members can join in by paying the casual entry fee of $11.
Group Fitness Classes

- FREE with your membership (excluding Spin)
- Exercising in a group can make you work harder
- Exercising to music can increase your intensity by up to 20% than if you exercised without it
- Non-members pay just $11 casual entry and can attend multiple classes in that single visit (spin fees additional).

Small Group Training
- Specialised training courses in boxing, pilates, bootcamp and a staff only yoga
- Small class size guaranteed (between 14 and 25, depending on course type) for greater interaction with instructor and other participants
- Work with the same group week to week and build your skill set and fitness progressively
- Charges apply (but they're very very small and great value!)
- Members get priority booking. Non-members please contact Danielle Mather for prices and availability. A non-member surcharge may apply.
