Get motivated in our group fitness programmes and classes. We have a huge variety of classes and courses to suit your needs and build the body you want!

Group Fitness Classes

  • Exercising in a group can make you work harder
  • Exercising to music can increase your intensity by up to 20% than if you exercised without it
  • Just turn up and join in!
  • No commitment, but can choose to schedule it into your diary just like an appointment and make it your new routine
  • FREE with your membership (excluding Spin)

Small Group Training

  • Specialised training courses in boxing, pilates, bootcamp and a staff only yoga
  • Small class size guaranteed (between 14 and 20, depending on course type) for greater interaction with instructor and other participants
  • Work with the same group week to week and build your skill set and fitness progressively
  • Charges apply (but they're very very small and great value!)
