Staff Only Yoga - 2013

A session dedicated to UC Staff only. Your session is has a maximum of 20 people, to allow for more personalised teaching and alignment adjustments, in a more private space. The class is led by Julie Watts, an yoga teacher of 20+ years teaching experience.


8 Week block from Thursday 18th April until Thursday 13th June

NO CLASS ON ANZAC DAY


Enrolments can now be taken over the phone with credit card payment or in person by eftpos, cash or creditcard.

What you need to know:

  • Thursdays 5.15pm - 6.15pM
  • College of Education Gym 1 (entrance opposite library)
  • $60 for 8 weeks
  • PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN MAT - this is new for 2013
  • You don't have to be a member of the Rec Centre to enrol in this course
  • A maximum of 20 participants will be taken for this course. First-in (with payment) first-served!
  • Wear comfortable, fitting (not tight, not floppy) and stretchy clothes
  • WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU WEAR LAYERS (INCL THERMALS) FOR CLASS. BRINGING A BLANKET MAY MAKE SAVASANA RELAXATION MORE COMFORTABLE AT THE END OF CLASS.
  • Please be courteous to others and arrive no later than 5.10pm to allow time to settle. Being late can be distracting for other participants already in preparation. Thankyou.
  • No previous yoga experience required.
